Jukebox Heroes is a Oslo-based partyband with 9 professional musicians from Oslo. With the best tunes to have at a dance floor, we will deliver a night perfect for your event.

DARK ROAST

Soulband

The up and coming Norwegian soul band Dark Roast was formed in 2016. With a great love for 70s soul music, catchy horn arrangements and energetic vocals they are an enjoyable live-band worth experiencing.

ANDRESEN ENSEMBLE

Original 6-piece ensemble with own compositions

ANDRESEN ENSEMBLE is a Berlin-based group of musicians playing Adrian's compositions. With a focus on each player's unique sound, they all contribute to the synergy being created together.

FRØY

Jazz/folk quartet

FRØY is a quartet which focuses on the contrasts between the complex and the simple in a soundscape. Considering their interesting mix of instruments, the compositions has a lot of possibilites.

Energic jazz septet

The band founded by Adrian in 2018, plays fresh and catchy compositions in a variety of sound images. The references and the story of the different musicians makes the ensemble unique.

9-piece reggae ensemble

Multi-international reggae band located in Berlin, shaping a sound mixture of Rootsreggae, Dub and Afro-Latin rhythms.

TEACHING / WORKSHOPS

Adrian has always enjoyed music, which makes it a even bigger joy to make other people having positive experiences with music. He offers everything from improvisation workshops with school bands to individual classes with students in all ages.

               COMPOSING/ARRANGING

To put a personal touch to the music, Adrian Barstad Andresen has always found the interest in composing and arranging music in his own ways. Through several years of writing for horn sections, various rhythmical ensembles (jazz, pop, rock etc.), big band amongst others Adrian has a lot to offer.
